摘要
Recent Progress in Cu Chemistry for the Development of Improved Catalysts. Copper (Cu), a naturally occurring element, is essential to life. Due to its environmentally benign nature, ready availability, and low cost, Cu-based nanomaterials have generated great interest in recent years, especially in the field of catalysis. This book highlights research in organic transformations using Cu-based nanomaterials as catalysts for diverse reactions, including reduction, cross coupling, C−H activation, multicomponent one pot, electrocatalysis, gas-phase reactions, and more. It also systematically describes the recent advances in preparation of Cu-based nanomaterials and their applications in various organic transformations. Scientists working in chemical engineering, organic and inorganic chemistry, and materials chemistry will find this material useful in their efforts to improve and expand the applications of Cu-based nanomaterials as catalysts.
