摘要
Frequency synthesizer with low phase noise is crucial important. The optoelectronic microwave oscillator (OEO) is an oscillator source with lower phase noise than the normal microwave dielectric oscillator, which uses low loss optical fiber as the energy storage. Because the length of the optical fiber is sensitive to temperature, The signal produced by the OEO has problems with inconsistent and unstable frequency. A method with injection locking and feedback control was proposed in this paper, which can solve the problem of inconsistent frequency and improve the stability of OEO. According to the frequency stability scheme of the optoelectronic oscillator, a prototype is built to verify the correctness of this scheme.
