Low dielectric constant LTCC materials have been designed with low dielectric loss (high Q) in the GHz frequency range for use in 5G and Internet-of-Things applications. The low dielectric constant and dielectric loss enable low latency devices with enhanced performance as compared to current materials on the market. The Ferro k6.5 - ERS3684 has the lowest dielectric losses on the market (Df =0.00078 at 69 GHz), while the Ferro k3.8 - ERS3702 has the lowest dielectric loss for a material having a k <; 4. The electrical and physical characteristics of these compositions make them attractive candidates for a number of high-frequency LTCC applications.
