Apoyo con Cariño: Patient Navigation to Improve Palliative Care Outcomes for Latinos with Advanced Cancer (SA508B)

Efforts to increase access to palliative care (PC) must maximize primary PC and community-based models to meet the ever growing need in a culturally-sensitive manner. Our pilot data suggest that a culturally tailored patient navigator intervention has the potential to improve PC outcomes for Latinos with advanced cancer.
