K2S2O8 promoted dehydrative cross-coupling between α,α-disubstituted allylic alcohols and thiophenols/thiols

K₂S₂O₈ promoted dehydrative cross-coupling between α,α-disubstituted allylic alcohols and thiophenols/thiols is demonstrated for the first time, leading to a wide range of allyl sulfides in good to high yields.
