摘要
In this paper, discuss about thermal damage of Kevlar composites in laser processing.Kevlar fiber is a unique aramid fiber with excellent physical properties unique to aramid fiber, such as high wear resistance and high tear resistance. It is precisely because of these excellent physical properties that common traditional mechanical tool processing methods are not effective, such as tool wear, fiber breakage, and material plate chipping. In the corresponding research at home and abroad, laser processing is considered to be a more excellent processing technology, which can overcome various processing difficulties caused by physical strength, but due to the thermal effect of laser processing, it will cause the heated area of the cut part Produce combustion, increase brittleness, and affect processing results. Therefore, studying the temperature and stress effects of lasers on Kevlar composites under different powers is the key to improving processing technology. This paper mainly studies the damage of Kevlar composites with the same thickness during laser irradiation, monitors the irradiation temperature, and uses an automatic three-dimensional surface measuring instrument to obtain photomicrographs of the damaged parts. In the experiment, a suitable experimental device was established to use a 1064nm laser to output a continuous laser to irradiate the Kevlar composite target material and monitor the real-time temperature at the same time
