Its easy computational steps give the power of natural transformation of needs into engineering requirements. In this study, a QFD method is proposed in an Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IVIF) environment to make use of its ability to deal with uncertain data. To test the applicability of the proposed technique, IVIF based QFD is applied to a case study where a hospital building design is introduced based on smart and ecological requirements.
