摘要
In order to maintain tight tolerance of aero-engine and reduce the risk of titanium fire, a filler matrix/cBN abrasive coating for blade tip of titanium alloy was prepared using vacuum brazing. The results revealed that the interfacial reaction products TiN/TiB2/TiB with interatomic bonding were formed between cBN particles and the filler matrix. Moreover, the filler matrix was composed of Ti2Ni, (Ti,Zr)2(Ni,Cu) and a small amount of lamellar eutectoid. The detailed analysis on the microstructure may provide novel insights into improving the wear resistance and burning resistance of the abrasive coating.
