摘要
This paper reported a microfiltration-laser induced forward transfer (microfiltration-LIFT) combination platform that fulfilled an automatic single-cell picking-up capability from a large volume sample (more than 10 mL). Cells were first rapidly enriched by a gravity-driven microfiltration based on previously-reported PERFECT filters, and the captured-cells on the filter could then be accurately picked up at single-cell resolution by the LIFT system using a focused laser with a spot size of ~10 μm. This platform is a promising method to pick up single cells from large volume sample for subsequent heterogeneity molecular analyses.
