摘要
Graphene and chemically modified graphene materials have been studied widely for the development of gas sensors because of their tremendous conductivity, superior electron mobility, and enormous number of surface adsorption sites. Owing to its superior properties, graphene materials have vast application in gas sensing for the detection of toxic gases. Gas sensors have been broadly utilized to detect leakages and determine gas concentration. Moreover, gas sensing behavior of graphene-based substances can be increased by forming hybrids with metal oxide and semiconducting oxides. This article addresses the current growths on graphene-based compound and its gas sensing performance.
