In this study, we examine how corporate digital responsibility (CDR) is integrated into corporate decision-making processes in firms spread across three country contexts. We focused on 10 technology firms, within the PAI group, operating in the UK, USA, and India. Our two-phased study involved analyzing CDR disclosures in annual reports of firms, company websites, and professional communication on digital channels (such as LinkedIn) over 3 years. Additionally, we conducted in-depth interviews with 30 senior and middle-level executives. We have used both qualitative and quantitative methods in this study to ensure methodological rigor. This is also the first cross-context study attempted on CDR. Our findings indicate that CDR receives the most attention in UK firms, followed by those in the USA and India. We found that managers believe that technology ethics can enhance value propositions, but overall, CDR is moderately prioritized in firms' corporate behavior.
