Molecular Signatures of Natural Selection

In general,positions in the genome that are under selection must be of functional importance.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the methods for detecting selection using molecular data,especiany genomic DNA sequence and single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)data,as well as some basic molecular evolution terminologies.
