摘要
In this article, to overcome the shortcomings of the existing modeling methods, a new mathematical modeling method of suspension force for a centripetal force type-magnetic bearing is proposed to get more accurate results. The proposed modeling method is based on exact segmentation of magnetic field. It solves especially the key problems such as the accurate calculation of fringing flux and the magnetic flux-leakage coefficient. To illustrate the improvement of the new model, some model validation and performance experiments are designed and implemented. The better model validation results prove the accuracy of the established model and the theoretical analysis results. The better performance tests results prove that the rotor based on the established model has stronger anti-interference.
