(Cell 163, 381–393; October 8, 2015) Upon reviewing the Supplemental Experimental Procedures in the above articles, the authors found three errors in measurements. In the section titled “Confirmation of SFB Colonization,” “100 ng/ml” should have been “100 μg/ml.” In the section titled “Isolation of Lamina Propria Lymphocytes and Epithelial Cells,” “50 U/ml” should have been “0.1 U/ml.” And in the section titled “SFB-specific Transgenic T Cell Transfer,” “500 ng/ml” should have been “50 ng/ml.” These measurements have been corrected online. In addition, we have removed the phrase “relative gene expression” from the figure legends for Figures 1D, 6B, and S4. In those figures, the orange bar represents the average for each group, not the average relative gene expression.
