摘要
The valid instruction of cell fate such as isolation, sorting and delivery, has been used for clinical diagnostics and fundamental research, which needs large-scale instruments and results in expensive cost. Now that the sparking organ-on-a-chip into the spotlight, as an available material with biological functions and the scalable properties, has been put forward for precision medical and regenerative medicine. Herein, to control cell fate, we developed a facile organoid chip composed of the adhesive film prepared via layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembly and the super-lubricating film polymerized under ultraviolet light. It has been successfully demonstrated that the chip gets capable of cellular releasing after capture and sustaining high cell viability, as well as cell sorting. The organoid chip is also endowed with self-healing and antioxidative ability. Therefore, our strategy that constructs the durable organoid chip with cell-instructive fate gives a potential window to fundamental studies and device applications in biomedical sciences.
