Real-Time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR Technique and its Application

The emergence of quantitative polymerase chain reaction PCR after the traditional PCR is a large progress in the method on molecular biology. It can be used to analysis the quantity of information of nucleic acid and the more effective information on gene levels can be provided for disease diagnosis and therapy. The theory and methods of the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR FQ-PCR and it's application have been introduced in this paper including some traditional quantitative polymerase chain reaction techniques.
