摘要
Objective:To study the relationships between class environment,learning self-efficacy and learning motivation of senior middle school students.Methods:403 senior middle school students were investigated with the questionnaires of learning motivation,learning self-efficacy and class environment.Results:①Girls had higher scores in prestige motivation than boys,and boys' learning self-efficacy was higher than girls'.Grade one had higher scores in teacher-student relationship than grade two,and girls' higher than boys'.②There were negative correlations between affiliation motivation and discipline and order,relationship among students themselves,and learning self-efficacy,but the other sub-dimensions of learning motivation were positively correlated with these factors.③Learning self-efficacy was the first predictive factor for learning motivation of senior middle school students,and then competition,discipline and order.Conclusion:To arouse and maintain learning motivation of senior middle school students should foster their learning self-efficacy.
