Research on the Effects of Entrepreneurial Orientation on the Resource Utilization of New Venture based on Resource Development Process

New venture is considered as resource integration from opportunity identification to competitive advantages based on RBT.This paper divides the resource utilization stage of the resource development process into three subprocesses:transformation from resources to capability,capability matching and capacity structure application,with the aim to build the relationship model on the effects of entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial resource utilization for strategy reference.
