摘要
Obiective: To investigate the synthetic method and anti-tumor properties of the Nd( Ⅲ) complex [Nd( C20H15FN2O4)2Cl·H2O]·7H2O. Methods: The structure was characterized by elemental analysis,molar conductance,IR spectra,1H-NMR spectra and thermal analysis. MTT colorimetric assay was used to detect the anti-tumor properties of the ligand N1,N3-di-O-toluyl-fluorouracil and the complex on HepG2 human hepatocarcinoma cell line and ZR-75-30 human breast cancer cell line. Cell cycle was detected by a flow cytometry. Results: It showed that the ligand and its complex had significant antiproliferative activities toward two tumor cell lines,and the anti-tumor property of the complex was markedly stronger than that of the ligand. Conclusion: Nd( Ⅲ) complex can inhibit cells entry into S period,affect the replication and synthesis of DNA in the tumor cells,so cells are accumulated in G1 period,and ultimately the complex inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells.
