摘要
A comprehensive static load distribution model of double nut ball screw (DNBS) is presented. The axial, lateral, and torsional deformation of the screw and the geometric error of the ball are considered. An algorithm combining the Monte-Carlo and the ZCX method is proposed to numerically solve the ball contact load. The accuracy of the model has been verified by comparing it with several previous studies. The condition of ignoring the bending deformation of the screw is obtained by comparing the axial static contact stiffness. Additionally, Active learning and Kriging-based Monte-Carlo Simulation are used for stiffness reliability analysis and sensitivity calculation. The developed theoretical model provides a practical reference for the design and application of DNBS.
