摘要
Despite tremendous advancements in multiple myeloma (MM) therapeutics, outcomes remain heterogeneous, heavily influenced by clinical and cytogenetic factors. Among these, deletion of the short arm of chromosome 17 (del(17p)) is a strong predictor of poor prognosis.
