摘要
Microscopy with structured illumination can achieve sectioning ability. However, moving optical elements in the axial direction for the 3D imaging restricts compact microscopic system design. Here, we utilize the metasurface to introduce the flat and miniaturized Moiré metalens to propose varifocal metalens based fluorescence optical sectioning microscopy. By adjusting the mutual angle between the two metasurfaces of the Moiré metalens, the focal length of the microscopy can be tuned. With the telecentric design, the microscopy can provide constant magnification during axial scanning for 3D imaging. Furthermore, we introduce the structured illumination based HiLo imaging technique to the system, which makes the microscopy has optical sectioning ability.
