Glycerol-assisted tuning of the phase and morphology of iron oxide nanostructures for supercapacitor electrode materials

Three types of iron-based materials, α-Fe₂O₃, Fe₃O₄ and Fe-glycerate, were prepared by adjusting the ratio of glycerol to water, and these iron-based materials could be used as an electrode candidate for supercapacitors.
