SAY GOODBYE TO POSTOPERATIVE SWELLING

I have reduced the postoperative swelling from twenty percent to less than five percent with the following technique. Add triamcinolone acetonide to the lidocaine to achieve a concentration of 1 mg/cc. This is accomplished by adding 50 mg of triamcinolone acetonide to 50 cc of lidocaine.
