摘要
Rose-like zinc oxide nanoflowers were successfully synthesized on SiC substrate via a simple chemical vapor deposition method. The crystal structure, chemical composition and morphologies of final products were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The products deposited on different zones of the substrate show different morphologies such as micro-plates, micro-palmerworms, and self-assembled nanosheets. The room-temperature photoluminescence spectrum of the rose-like nanoflowers reveals a strong green emission at ~ 491 nm corresponding to defect-related emission.
