• Compound 14 displayed high potency in both biochemical and cellular assays. • Compound 14 showed a moderate oral plasma exposure and a low clearance in vivo. • Compound 14 was well tolerated and significantly inhibited the tumor growth in MV-4-11 subcutaneous xenograft model.
