摘要
Objective To discuss the characteristics and influence factors of fluidized bed granulation and the problems involved. Method Recent references and experiences related with fluidized bed granulation are reviewed. Results and Conclusion Fluidized bed granulation offers many advantages over other multi-step granulation and drying processes.the greatest advantage of the method is that it meets the requirements of GMP well. At the same time, fluidized bed granulation is a complex process in which both equipment, formulation and process variables affect the properties of granules. So we should consider all the influence factors discussed in this article in the process of fluidized bed granulation.
