Research and evaluation of new sulfur solvent system in sulfur gas well

The dimethyl disulfide(DMDS) and catalyst DMA were added together to get better sulfur solvent formula,which was effective to elemental sulfur in sulfur gas well.When the dosage of DMA in DMDS-DMA was 20%,pressure was 0.10 MPa,stirring speed was 420 r/min,the experiment had the results that when temperature was 20 ℃,the solubility of DMDS-DMA was 110.6%,with time of 2.94 min;when temperature was 90 ℃,the solubility of DMDS-DMA was 610.9%,with time of 0.61 min.The scanning electron microscope shows that the DMDS-DMA system is to form a membrane outside the sulfur particles to dissolve.
