Design of Automatic Coal Loosening System of Coal Bunker

Presently clogging of raw coal bin-coal bunker often occurs in most coal-fired power plants,resulting in the coal cut-off problem of coal feeder.the paper fund amentally analyzes the cause for clogging of coal bunker,innovatively designs the new idea-automatic coal-loosening system of coal bunker i,e., to use high pressure airflow to cut coal layer by layer ,to solve the “shedding coal” problem of coal bin ,and puts forward the concrete control-design scheme.
