摘要
• Capillary electrophoresis is well adapted for amino acids analysis. • Capillary electrophoresis associated to fluorescence results in nanomolar concentration detections. • Capillary electrophoresis associated to conductimetry is able to be used in most amino acids applications. • Capillary electrophoresis associated to mass spectrometry is a very useful tool for metabolomic applications. • Enantio-separations of amino acids are easily obtained using capillary electrophoresis.
