摘要
Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) is a new programmed cell death, which is nearly found more than 10 years with its source, composition and function has become the hotspot research.Recent studies have shown that mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is part of NETs.In the case of Large quantity of ROS generated by mitochondrial oxidative respiration, mtDNA with abnormal oxidation and NETs are activated each other and participate in the occurrence of a variety of diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of NETs, the role of mtDNA in NETs and its possible relationship.
