摘要
In article number 1705833, Han Zhang and co-workers use the anisotropy of tellurium with strong Te-Te covalent bonds in intra-chains and weak Van der Waals forces in inter-chains to realize ultrathin 2D non-layered Te nanosheets by liquid phase exfoliation. The nanosheets exhibit excellent photoresponse behaviors from the UV to the visible regime in association with strong time and cycle stability for the ON/OFF switching behaviors.
