[Antiviral therapy and clinical cure for chronic hepatitis B in children: progress and challenges].

Chronic hepatitis B has become a global public health problem. Currently, children with chronic hepatitis B receiving antiviral treatment have become the focus of increasing attention. This article reviews the current status and progress of antiviral treatment, analyzes whether and when to treat, treatment regimen, efficacy and safety evaluation, and further explores the relevant factors for the clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B in children, with hope to provide a scientific basis for the clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B in adults.慢性乙型肝炎已成为全球性的公共卫生问题。目前，儿童慢性乙型肝炎受到越来越多的关注，其中儿童慢性乙型肝炎的抗病毒治疗是关注的重点。本文就儿童慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗现状与进展进行综述，同时就是否治疗、治疗时机、治疗方案、疗效与安全性评价进行分析，并探讨影响儿童慢性乙型肝炎临床治愈的相关因素，希望为成人慢性乙型肝炎的临床治愈提供科学依据。.
