摘要
To better process the influence of loss reduction by time division and switching operation in distribution network dynamic reconfiguration, this article supports the distribution network reconstruction based on the bi-level time division. This method, based on the digital twin technology, constructs the digital twin model of the distribution network dynamical reconfiguration to take advantage of the digital twin to conclude the distribution network optimization structure under multiple time segments. This article aims to arrive at the requirements of the dynamical reconfiguration to computing efficiency to proposes the redundancy elimination method and the neighbourhood search method to improve the harmony search algorithm and the particle swarm algorithm to get the model solution. Applying the simulation of the IEEE33 node system verifies the high speed and efficiency of the above-described method.
