摘要
CdS nanoparticles with prolonged stability against photo-oxidation have been successfully synthesized in aqueous solution using 2-mercaptosuccinic acid (MSA) as stabilizer at room temperature. The growth progress of particles is found to be affected with changing Cd2+ concentration. Whether the thiol group in MSA could be dissociated plays an important role on the effective passivation of CdS nanoparticles.
