摘要
The conductivity in many amorphous materials obeys the intrinsic semiconductor relation σ = σ0 exp( − Eσ/ kT). This note discusses the effects that various assumptions about the temperature dependence of carrier mobility have on the relationship between the experimentally-derived value of σ0 and the carrier mobility at a given temperature.
