Observation of enhanced photocurrent response in M–CuInS2(M = Au, Ag) heteronanostructures: phase selective synthesis and application

We demonstrate the phase selective synthesis of M–CuInS₂(M = Au and Ag) heteronanostructures and their enhanced photocurrent activity compared to that of pure CuInS₂.
