摘要
A fluorescent surface imprinted polymer was prepared by grafting Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) quantum dots into the methacrylic acid polymerization on the surface of silica. And a rapid turn-on fluorescence biosensor based on fluorescence enhancement effect was developed for the rapid and sensitive detection of histamine, which only took 8 minutes with a sensitive detection limit of 14.3 μmol/L. The cheese samples were tested by employing the fluorescent imprinted polymer, and the recovery was obtained in the range of 92.1%-102%. The proposed histamine biosensing method shows great advantages, including no need for derivatization and reduced consumption of organic reagents. This has an important guiding role in the rapid detection of biological amines and other fluorescent responsive substances in complex systems.
