摘要
Triclocarban (TCC) is a widely used antibacterial ingredient possessing acute toxicity effects; however, its chronic toxicity and underlying molecular mechanisms remain uncertain. Herein, we demonstrated that chronic TCC exposure affects the growth and development of adult zebrafish through inducing an intestinal flora disorder in the gut. The imbalance of intestinal flora caused functional barriers within the intestinal-brain-gonadal axis.
