摘要
The grid-side functional alternative energy storage can play a special role in the power system. The national policy clearly supports the development of grid-side functional alternative energy storage, and proposes to explore the possibility of incorporating it into the transmission and distribution price. At present, grid-side functional alternative energy storage is in its initial stage of exploration, and its substitution effect is in urgent need to be further studied. To this end, this paper proposes a method to evaluate the substitution effect of grid-side functional alternative energy storage and applies it in the typical cases of seasonal and temporary load growth to conduct research. It is concluded that for seasonal and temporary load areas, the use of mobile energy storage solution is not as economical as line transformation when only taking into account the single-application scenario of dealing with seasonal load every year. Following the decreasing of energy storage cost and the application of mobile energy storage devices in multiple dimensions, mobile energy storage is an important option for solving the problem of electric power supply in such areas.
