摘要
The power balance problem is the key to the security of power system operation, which is a great challenge facing high-proportion renewable energy power systems in the future. An analysis method of power balance in a power system with a high proportion of renewable energy is proposed in this paper. Based on the historical data, the hours of output interval of renewable energy are analyzed, and the probabilities of renewable energy in different output intervals are obtained. According to the power balance scheme, the probability that the output of hydropower and renewable energy units does not satisfy the guaranteed output demand is calculated. Power deficit is used to characterize the consequences of power imbalance and calculate the risk value under the power balance scheme. Then, the risk value is used to evaluate the adaptability of the power balance scheme. Finally, a provincial power grid is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
