Three-Year Observational Study on the Long-Term Efficacy and Safety of Dupilumab in Elderly Patients with Severe Atopic Dermatitis

The safety of dupilumab in older adults is crucial due to comorbidities and polypharmacy, but this group is often underrepresented in clinical trials.We herein report a real-world experience with dupilumab in treating 138 AD in patients aged 60 and older. Our study demonstrated that dupilumab has excellent safety outcomes and consistent improvements across all clinical scores.
