Abstract: This article highlights the global impact of child, early, and forced Marriage (CEFM) on millions of women and children annually. Examining regions like Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Europe, this article exposes the multifaceted consequences of the practice, including denial of basic human rights, education disruption, and health risks. It explores the nexus between CEFM and other detrimental consequences like female genital mutilation, revealing a complex interplay of factors. The author advocates for a feminist approach, emphasizing women's agency and challenging patriarchal norms as the most effective strategy. This piece calls for urgent, coordinated efforts to eradicate CEFM, emphasizing the critical role of feminist framing for lasting change.
