74‐4: Research of FMLOC Visibility Phenomena Based on Huygens Point Spread Function

This paper analyzed the visibility phenomenon caused by the metal mesh of FMLOC under the point source illumination. We built a simulation model based on PSF of Huygens integral mode, processed the simulation results with background filtration algorithm. When there is only one graphic unit and no gap spacing between single‐cycle graphic units in FMLOC sensor pattern, the phenomena were significantly improved.
