Enantioselective synthesis of axially chiral carbamates and amides with carbon dioxide via copper catalysis

Enantioselective synthesis of axially chiral carbamates and amides was achieved via copper-catalyzed coupling of cyclic diaryliodonium salts with CO 2 and amines. This method features mild conditions, broad substrate scope and excellent enantioselectivity.
