摘要
By employing an efficient “wet-dry” microwave strategy, we have developed Al-doped Ru x /RuO 2 (A-RRO@G) in just 110 s. Its unique structure optimizes electronic configurations, enhancing water-splitting activity in both acidic and alkaline conditions.
