摘要
An Sm 3+ and A-site vacancy doped CaTiO 3 phosphors, which demonstrate larger PL intensity than phosphors without vacancies. The formation of V A ordering enables the exchange of charge between [Ca/V A O n ] and [CaO 12 ] clusters for enhanced PL properties.
