摘要
Objective
To build a rapid detection of pathogens and resistant genes customized chips, preliminarily establish rapid clinical surgical infection pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance gene detection platform.
Methods
Retrospective analysis was made on 7 893 hospitalized patients admitted from January 2008 to December 2011 with bacterial culture results in Peking University People's Hospital Surgical Department, customized rapid detection of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance gene DNA chip was developed, and used to detect 124 clinical specimens.
Results
Compared with culture identification and gene sequencing identification, DNA chip results showed high specificity (93.5-100)% and sensitivity (76.4-100)%, as well as the resistance gene detection and no significant difference was found between gene sequencing, DNA chip testing time (8.68±0.39)h significantly less than the traditional testing method (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Construction of customized chips based on hospital bacteria spectrum is feasible, rapid and accurate acquirement of infectious pathogens information helps the treatment for surgical infection.
