摘要
The transparent bulk polymer nanocomposites blended with rare earth nanoparticles are prepared through the radical polymerization of trimethylolpropane trimethylacrylate (TMPTMA). These materials produce continuously tunable second harmonic (SH) radiation under illumination of a wide spectral range of fundamental waves (750–850 nm). The SHG efficiency can be controlled well by altering the Tb3+ doping content in the nanoparticles. Detailed facts of importance to specialist readers are published as "Supporting Information".
