Fixing and moisture management finishing of polyamide/polyurethane fabric

Fixing and moisture management finishing were carried out on deep color polyamide/polyurethane fabric with a fixing agent Nylofixan PBS liq and a moisture management agent DM-3741.The optimum fixing process was determined by single-factor experiment as follows:treating at 70 ℃ for 30 minutes with Nylofixan PBS liq 4% (omf) and pH value 5.Color fastness to soaping,acid/alkaline perspiration and seawater of the treated fabric could be improved by 2 grades.Polyamide/polyurethane fabric treated with DM-3741 featured good moisture management effect with improved hydroscopicity and comfortableness,and had little influence on the shade and color fastness.
